Ms. Katie Redecky, Michael san and other STEAM’s teachers presented “The power to create the future ~Home of the future~” workshop on YouTube on Sunday.
Rather than thinking about how to make technology, there is STEAM education to make it happen.
This idea can be applied to various problems. For example, not only do we create technology to improve air pollution problems, but we think that by letting more people experience clean air, the problems will be improved step by step.
“Industrial design has grown just not from only products, but also focusing on bigger things like experience. This is called “experience design” by Michael san.
Many teachers used the word “fun” or “exciting“ to explain their work. They continued to do what they liked from young age and got their present job. I was glad to have a valuable experience by doing this workshop.
