The Genuine Diversity
Recently, discussions on diversity have been active in Japan. However ,I think it’s no use doing such things, because Japanese don’t know what genuine diversity is. You must feel on the skin to know the genuine things. Considering this, this Olympics will be a good opportunity for us to know the genuine things. Mr.Kohashi,who is a creative director on this event,said“It would be better to recognize each other and talk with minority as a natural.”On abroad, people are not kind to minority but simply interact as a friend. He expects us rather to recognize the positive parts than supporting the negative parts. That's the way to approach genuine diversity.
